Just say hello or share a thought

Great looking website :)
Still miss being with you.
Posted by Haruna K. Ayuba on 6th, Jul 2012Hello Erik and the brethren at Lighthouse Baptist, Church.
Greetings in the name of the Lord.
I cannot thank Brother Erik enough for providing a home when I got stranded at Heathrow Airport in December 2010 consequent on extreme weather in London. I simply called from the airport and he was right there. I witnessed a demonstration of christian love. Thank you very much.
Please pray for the church in Nigeria as we go through a wave of violence being meted out. Many families are grieving and mourning due to the loss of loved ones through bombings. We trust the Lord will grant the church a sense of His leading as we go through this phase.
Bye and remain blessed

Just wanting to pass on love and blessings to Oi Fee, a wonderful lady I met on a recent training day in Bury St Edmunds, and to encourage your fellowship:
'And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.' Romans 8:28
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.
Posted by Dr. George Bowes on 22nd, Mar 2015Came across your website while recently. My father, George Bowes, was Pastor at the Lighthouse Baptist Church during the war years (ie WWII) up until about 1949. We lived in Glaucus Street (but not in the "new" houses there). I came to know the LORD as a child while attending LBC. My father was a London City Missionary all his life and was on loan to LBC for several years. He then became the LCM's missionary to Jewish folks in London.
Unfortunately it is a long way to visit as I live in Florida.

Posted by admin on 22nd, Mar 2015Hello George,
I remember your father. I met him two or three times at reunions. He was a great help to the church, stepping in at short notice at the start of the war when the previous Pastor left abruptly. He was highly thought of here.
