Our regular meetings are as follows.

For news of other recent or forthcoming activities, see What's On.

Sundays – 10.30 am in person

Sunday morning is our main weekly meeting. We hear a message from the Bible, sing our thanks and praise to God, share our experiences and concerns, and pray.

Once a month (currently. this is usually on the first Sunday in the month), we also celebrate the Lord's Supper.

Also about once a month (usually at the end of the month), we have a joint meeting with the congregation of Tower Hamlets Community Church that usually meets at Husk.  For details of these, see our "What's On" page, as these are sometimes not at the Lighthouse.

As some of our members have vulnerable health, we encourage you to wear a mask if you are able to do so.  We are keeping our masks on when we sing and when we move around the building.

Wheelchair AccessibleCome to the main entrance in Brock Place. If the two steps would be an obstacle to you, we have an alternative entrance at the corner of the car park in Brock Place; there is one low step there, and we have a portable ramp to help with that.

Note: joint meetings are streamed live on THCC's YouTube channel, where you can also watch them later, along with THCC's regular Sunday meetings.  Other Sunday meetings at the Lighthouse are in-person only, not broadcast online.  However, we record the Bible talks and share these later on this website, including any Question and Answer time at the end.

As tardes de Domingo (Sunday afternoons)

Bethel Baptist Church (our Portuguese language sister church) also meets in the main church building from 3pm. Use the entrance in Brock Place.

Prayer meeting

We currently meet on Saturday mornings for prayer for about an hour, starting at 9.00 a.m.  This is in the church hall; use the Maddams Street entrance.  (These meetings are suspended for Saturdays 6, 13 and 20 March 2022, to support a joint church activity.)

We also participate in the online and in-person prayer meetings of Tower Hamlets Community Church.

Midweek meetings

As of 2022 we are participating in the midweek Life Groups of Tower Hamlets Community Church, which are a central part of the life of that church.

For midweek community activities for all ages, and clubs for youth and children, see the Community menu on the website of Tower Hamlets Community Church

Parent and Toddler Group (suspended)

Our longstanding Wednesday morning family activities have been suspended since the start of the pandemic.  We hope to reopen this group next term, with the support of Tower Hamlets Community Church.
